Subscription Policy

  • Subscription Terms: By subscribing, you agree to these subscription policy terms, to receive recurring charges and be charged automatically according to your selected subscription frequency. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • How To Join The Subscription: To become a member, checkout with PEAKFUL+ option in cart. PEAKFUL+ membership automatically applied to cart. Once order is placed you will automatically join our exclusive monthly membership. If you wish to checkout without PEAKFUL+, simply choose to checkout without VIP Circle in cart menu. Try it for €2.95 the first month then €30.00 a month after.

  • Credits Never Expire: You can use your store credits anytime and they never expire. For every €1 spent on our membership subscription (PEAKFUL+), it contributes to €1 in store credits. Every month members can receive €30 in store credits. If a members first month is a discounted trial month the member will receive the amount of store credits that was paid for the trial month.

  • Billing & Payment: Your payment method will be charged automatically on your renewal date. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation before each billing cycle.

  • Modifications & Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect. Access your customer profile through the icon on our main menu or through our link on the footer menu (at the bottom of our site) to view your customer profile, store credits, and manage, cancel, or pause your subscription.

  • Pausing Your Subscription: Need a break? You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Simply log into your account and select the manage membership button and pause. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period unless you choose to extend or cancel.

Transparency & Accidental Sign-up Prevention

Here's how we notify customers about the membership before and after purchase to prevent accidental membership sign-ups:

  • Header announcement: "Shop Smarter with PEAKFUL+" displayed site-wide

  • Home page: Home page "Introducing PEAKFUL+" section clearly states that membership is automatically applied at checkout and how to checkout without membership.

  • Product pages: Two information badges about PEAKFUL+ membership (one under the product price and one under the product information). When the information badges are clicked it creates a popup section about how PEAKFUL+ works.

  • Product pages: The PEAKFUL+ information badge popup has a direct hyperlink leading to our Subscription Policy page which explains that PEAKFUL+ membership is automatically added to cart and how to checkout without purchasing membership.

  • Product pages and FAQ page: FAQ Page link under shipping tab on products pages and store-wide in footer menu clearly explain PEAKFUL+ membership is automatically added at checkout.

  • Footer menu: Subscription Policy, "How PEAKFUL+ works", FAQ, Purchase options cancellations policy, and member login pages unmistakably visible site-wide on our footer menu clearly explaining the subscription charge, membership automatically added at checkout, how to cancel, membership benefits and more information.

  • Cart page: Benefits of PEAKFUL+ Membership clearly listed under the checkout button.

  • Cart page: Clear option to checkout without VIP Circle (PEAKFUL+ Membership).

  • Cart page: Visibly states monthly charge listed above "Checkout without VIP Circle" saying the membership is €30/month with a hyperlink leading directly to our subscription policy.

  • Checkout notification: Clear notice that PEAKFUL+ is a membership charged with a monthly subscription.

  • Purchase cancellation policy: Available on footer menu and checkout page.

  • Email confirmations: Sent when you join the membership and before each upcoming monthly charge and other membership emails.

Refunds & Contact

Because customers have the ability to cancel their subscription or purchase without PEAKFUL+ membership, and are notified at multiple touchpoints before purchasing, refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Members can cancel the subscription at any time by logging into the customer account through our footer menu or main menu to avoid future charges.
